It is often said that the best opportunities are the ones you least expect. Denisse’s path to LOONAWELL began in a way that defied traditional hiring routes. While I typically turn to LinkedIn to find new talent, it was Instagram that brought Denisse into the fold. At the time, I was collaborating with her and her dog, Alba, as part of a brand ambassador partnership. As I observed Denisse’s thoughtful and compelling posts, it became clear to me that she was more than just a social media influencer—she was a natural storyteller, one who could help us bridge the science behind our products with the emotional connection our customers seek.
Pet owners, especially those drawn to premium, health-focused pet food brands like LOONAWELL, are looking for more than just a product—they seek, (just like myself too!) a connection with the brands they trust. Denisse understood this from the start, and her ability to communicate our science-based values in a way that felt personal and relatable was something I knew we needed. What began as a simple collaboration evolved into a professional relationship, and soon enough, Denisse was fully integrated into the LOONAWELL family.
